​Emer is a certified Chi Running instructor, Pilates and fitness instructor based in Piltown.

Schedule includes:

  • Pilates classes for all levels
  • 0-5k running programmes
  • Running groups with interval training
  • Chi Running workshops with running technique analysis and coaching. Proper running technique is key to reduce the risk of injury and to enjoy running.
  • Fitness Classes

Based in the parish hall opposite Anthony’s, Piltown School and the Iverk Show fields. All classes are open to men, women and teens. Kids options available too.
